Rugby Union: Georgia 23 Spain 10 with highlights
Georgia beat Spain by 23 points to 10 last weekend in Tbilisi.
The first period went as planned for the home side, showing a little more quality on the field and they went in 9-3 at halftime.
More of the same in the second period with the Georgians extending their lead through a penalty, the Spanish did manage a try late in the game to give a little bit of heart but the Georgians scored again to finish the game off.
The game didn’t have any bearing on the qualification for the World Cup in Japan next year but the next two fixtures for Spain as they take on Germany and Belgium are hugely important to the Spanish as a victory in both will see them travel to Japan.
